The short version
Funfair Studio has taken a privacy-first approach. This MVP does not add analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party media, marketing pixels or optional cookies.
Because there are no non-essential cookies to choose between, the site does not display a performative consent banner.
Strictly necessary technology
The hosting platform may use strictly necessary security, routing or load-balancing technology to deliver and protect the website. These technologies are not used by Funfair Studio for advertising or audience profiling.
The site itself does not store cookie preferences because it does not set optional cookies.
The contact form
The contact form validates entries in the browser and on the server, includes unobtrusive anti-spam controls and stores accepted submissions in a private website database. It does not set an optional form-provider cookie.
The private owner area uses strictly necessary ChatGPT sign-in technology to protect access to enquiries. This sign-in is for Funfair Studio’s owner and is not required for public visitors using the contact form.
If this changes
If analytics, optional embeds or another non-essential technology is introduced, this policy will identify the provider, purpose and duration. Where consent is required, the technology will remain blocked until a visitor makes the relevant choice.
