Your information. No funny business.

Graham Stevenson trading as Funfair Studio is the data controller responsible for personal information described in this notice. Questions can be sent to graham@funfair.studio.

This notice explains what information we collect, why we use it and the choices and rights available to you.

Information we may collect

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry unless it is genuinely necessary.

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide is transmitted securely and stored in the website’s private enquiry database. It is available only through Funfair Studio’s protected owner account.

  • Your name, job title, organisation and contact details
  • Information you include in an enquiry or later project conversation
  • Records of emails, calls, meetings and other correspondence
  • Billing, payment and transaction information where you become a client or supplier
  • Limited technical request information needed to operate and secure this website

Why we use information

We use contact details and message information to respond to enquiries, discuss possible work and take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Client and project information is used to plan, deliver and administer agreed services. Business records may also be processed for invoicing, accounting, security, dispute resolution and legal compliance.

We do not automatically add enquirers to a marketing list and do not sell personal information.

Who may receive information

Relevant information may be shared with carefully selected providers that support website hosting, email, storage, accounting, payments or agreed project delivery. They may process information only for the relevant purpose and must protect it appropriately.

The website’s hosting and database infrastructure processes contact-form information so that enquiries can be received and reviewed. No CRM, analytics or advertising provider receives contact-form information from this website.

How long we keep information

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed. The period depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project and on contractual, financial, tax, insurance and legal requirements.

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries will be reviewed and deleted when there is no longer a reasonable business or legal reason to retain them.

Security and international transfers

Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect personal information. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Contact-form submissions are held behind a sign-in-protected owner area. The website validates entries on the server and applies anti-spam controls before storing them.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Appropriate legal transfer mechanisms and safeguards will be assessed as part of the final legal and supplier review.

Your rights

To make a request or raise a concern, contact graham@funfair.studio. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

  • Ask for a copy of your personal information
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Ask us to delete or restrict information in some circumstances
  • Object to certain uses of your information
  • Receive information in a portable format where applicable
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services, website tools or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published here with its revision date.
